NARDJES A. (2020)

Synopsis:

A documentary following a young Algerian woman, Nardjes, as she takes part in a pacifist uprising erupts against the candidacy of President Bouteflika. The uprising swells into a revolution to convey the hope of her country and people. She joins thousands of protesters in the streets of Algiers and fights to overthrow a regime that has silenced them for decades.
