Marvel’s latest TV series MOON KNIGHT was filmed in Jordan, owing to the support of the Royal Film Commission that contributed to solving any problem faced by the crew.
The hit TV series was directed by Mohamed Diab, who became the first ever Egyptian filmmaker to be given the keys to a major Marvel project. Diab’s credits include highly-acclaimed films such as his directorial debut CAIRO 678, which was followed by CLASH, which opened Cannes’ Un Certain Regard sidebar in 2016. Diab's latest hit film AMIRA landed its world premiere at the 2021 Venice Film Festival.
Moon Knight follows the story of Steven Grant, who discovers he's been granted the powers of an Egyptian moon god. But he soon finds out that these newfound powers can be both a blessing and a curse to his troubled life.
