Screening over hundreds of short films and documentaries over the last years, Shorts On Tap was launched in 2013, not just as a short film festival, but as a platform that aims to spread knowledge and messages through short content. The festival accepts submissions from all over the world, welcoming any genres, styles and topics of narratives, experimental films, music videos, documentaries and animations. It seeks to raise the public awareness on a number of social, environmental and ethical issues through film.
