Founded in 2018, High Coast International Film Festival promotes true independent films. The festival accepts film submissions that haven’t been at Swedish film festivals before and ones that received a certain limit of funding. The films will receive coverage by Swedish media including (TV, Radio and newspapers). Moreover, since the High Coast festival selects high-quality films that need more exposure, the festival secures the applying filmmakers that it will invite film organizations, filmmakers worldwide and press.
