Founded back in 1932, the prestigious Cannes Film Festival is an annual international film festival that’s held in Cannes, France.  The Festival is considered as one of the most-leading festivals in the world. Giving its high-profile status, the festival includes many sections featuring many films from around the globe vying for several awards. Some of which, the section of In Competition that features twenty films competing for the award of Palme d'O, Un Certain Regard for films selected from cultures near and far, Cinéfondation for short and medium-length films and Caméra d'Or that rewards the best first film of the Festival.
