Attracting thousands of attendees, BangkokThai International Film Festival is launched every year in Bangkok where it screens almost 2000 films. The festival welcomes different kinds of feature films (fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, LGBT), and short films (fiction, documentary, animation, experimental, LGBT). Considered as a film contest where many sponsors of the world film industry meet, the festival brings to its winning participants a number of awards, including Best Fiction Short Film, Best Documentary Short Film, and Best Fiction Feature.
