Austria International Film Festival aims to broaden the audiences and filmmakers' horizon, through selecting films that offer unique and independent points of view that add new approaches to the world of cinema. Such films compete within the festival’s categories which are: Audience Award, Best Narrative Film, Best Short Film, Best Documentary Film, Best Documentary Short Film, Best Entertainment, Best Music Video, Best Student Film and Best Experimental films.
