Established in 2011, the American Documentary and Animation Film Festival (AmDocs) is a non-profit organization that brings together independent filmmakers from around the world. The festival presents a variety of events, including AmDocs Film Fund Pitch Competition and other Film Funds, where winners can win up to $50,000 in cash and post-production prizes. Open to all documentary and animation genres, the festival also offers two awards that carry names of persons who made noticeable achievements; Rozene Supple Humanitarian Award and Sadie Katz Award for Hustle.
