Organized by HF Productions, ABQ Indie Film Festival aims to promote the independent filmmaking industry worldwide by providing a networking platform where the audience can meet together with film creators. The festival is a full-program event that features Q&As with creators, as well as networking sessions. The festival also offers a number of awards, including Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, Best Comedy, Best Feature Documentary, Best Short Documentary, Best Animation, Best Foreign Film, Best Experimental, Best Student Film, Best Directing and Best New Mexico Production.
