The Super Shorts Film Festival London is a film event created to celebrate independent filmmaking and talented short filmmakers form around the globe. The festival welcomes international and UK films in various genres, including Narrative Short, Documentary Short, Experimental Short and Animated Short, as well as Short Films by London based filmmakers, Music Videos and Super Super Short Films. Moreover, all selected filmmakers receive The Tarkovski Grant, a film festival submission fee waiver package with an average value of about $250. The festival also hands awards for best films in various categories.
