Somerville International Film Festival is a festival that features films in various categories by independent and innovative filmmakers that come from diverse backgrounds. The festival aims to inspire, motivate, and award new talents in the filmmaking industry. Various awards are presented to different films, namely, Best Narrative Feature Film, Best Documentary Feature Film, Best Animated Feature Film, Best Narrative Short Film, Best Documentary Short Film, Best Animated Short Film, Best Underground Film and Best Experimental Film.
