Another French sales outfit with a history of working on Arab films, Urban Distribution handled both the feature documentary GHOST HUNTING and the Tunisian-French film FOREIGN BODY. This year, Urban will be in Cannes with Syrian filmmaker Gaya Jiji’s MY FAVOURITE FABRIC, which plays in Un Certain Regard. About a woman’s voyage of self-discovery in Damascus, it stars Lebanon’s Mala Issa opposite Palestinian actress Ula Tabari.
