
Based between Beirut and Europe, Eid’s extensive filmography includes the Academy Award nominated films, such as THEEB, THE INSULT, CAPERNAUM, in addition to the acclaimed films COSTA BRAVA, LEBANON, and MEMORY BOX, all of which premiered at major international festivals including Cannes, Venice, and Berlin. In addition to her work in sound, Eid made her directorial debut with PANOPTIC, a documentary exploring the relationship between sound, memory, and urban space in Beirut, which premiered at the Locarno Film Festival.
A Packed Year: Eid worked on nine projects over the past year: Rebecca Lenkiewicz’s Berlinale title HOT MILK, Lee Cronin\'s THE MUMMY, Richard Rowley’s HELL\'S ARMY, Abdallah Al-Khatib’s CHRONICLES FROM THE SIEGE, Karim Aïnouz’ ROSEBUSH PRUNING, Jason Osder and William Lafi Youmans’ WHO KILLED ALEX ODEH?, Abu Bakr Shawky’s THE STORIES, Cyril Aris’ A SAD AND BEAUTIFUL WORLD, and Sebastian Leilo’s THE WAVE.
Upcoming Work: Eid is slated to work on Bijan Sheibani’s THE ARRIVAL and Nadim Tabet’s multi-post-production-award-winning title IN THIS DARKNESS I SEE YOU. Berlinale Talents 2025: Eid was a featured expert and speaker at the Berlinale Talents Program.
