A leading Tunisian production company, Nomadis Images, was founded in 1995 by award-winning producer Dora Bouchoucha — one of the Arab world\'s most influential industry figures and a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Since then, Nomadis has built a diverse slate of fiction and international co-productions that have premiered and won awards at prestigious festivals worldwide. Its groundbreaking titles include Raja Amari\'s SATIN ROUGE, a landmark of modern Tunisian cinema, and her Toronto-premiered FOREIGN BODY; Mohamed Ben Attia\'s DEAR SON, Tunisia’s official submission to the 92nd Academy Awards; his HEDI, winner of Best First Feature and Best Actor at the Berlin International Film Festival; and the Venice-bound BEHIND THE MOUNTAINS.
Recent Co-Productions: The company co-produced Mohammed Hammad’s SAFE EXIT, which world-premiered at this year’s Berlinale, and Morad Mostafa’s AISHA CAN’T FLY AWAY, which premiered at Cannes’ Un Certain Regard before winning multiple prestigious awards, including the FIPRESCI Award at Golden Apricot Yerevan and the Golden Palm Grand Jury Award at Mostra de València. Workshop, she was a key mentor during the 2026 Luxembourg session in March 2026, helping guide the next generation of independent producers.
