Berlinale Talents alumnus, Abdelsalam Moussa is a celebrated
cinematographer known for blending painterly and comic book influences into a striking mix of realism
and experimentation. Over the past 15 years, he’s shot more than 20 titles, earning both critical acclaim
and commercial success. His standout credits include the TV hits MOGA HARRA, WEDDING SONG, and
SUNSET OASIS, as well as the acclaimed indie films CHAOS, DISORDER; CACTUS FLOWER; and ABOUT
HER. In 2020, he was named a ‘Rising Star of Cinematography’ by American Cinematographer Magazine.
