CAREER HIGHLIGHT(S):
The Metropolis Cinema Association (MC) promotes independent cinema in Lebanon and the MENA region through diverse programming, industry training, young audience outreach, and preservation of film heritage to increase accessibility to alternative films. Its subsidiary, MC Distribution, was established in 2009 as an independent film distribution company in Lebanon to promote and distribute Arab and international independent feature films in the MENA region.

TWELVE-MONTH HIGHLIGHT(S):
MC launched the second edition of the Aswat Festival in February — an immersive three-evening program of documentary screenings and engaging discussions with directors and researchers.
