MAAZ SHEIKH: Before co-founding StarzPlay Arabia, Sheikh was the chief sales and operations officer at OSN.
TONY SAAB: Previously, Tony oversaw and led content acquisition as head of content and production at Intigral — a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi mobile operator STC. He is also a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
In collaboration with Egypt’s UMS, StarzPlay started to stream its productions, offering a joint subscription with UMS’s platform Watch It. During the last Eid Al-Fitr, SP streamed its first original film WALA GHALTA, directed by Said Al-Marook. Previously, it launched its original series KABOOS, which was produced by Image Nation Abu Dhabi.
