

NUHA ELTAYEB: Born and raised in Dubai, Nuha has previous experiences as a senior manager of Arabic channels at OSN and director of acquisition of Egypt’s CBC TV channels.
AHMED SHARKAWI: He has over 25 years of experience in the MENA region’s media industry and was among the founding team of Sony Pictures Television, where he headed its Arabic Scripted Development Division. He was also a consultant at various companies, such as iProductions and Beelink Productions.
In collaboration with MAD Solutions, Netflix has launched a specially curated collection of 21 Arab films titled ‘Because She Created’ featuring movies by Arab female filmmakers to amplify their creative voices. In terms of Arabic originals, Netflix streamed its first Saudi film ALKHALLAT+ — which is based on the successful Saudi series on YouTube — along with the second season of MASAEER, ALRAWABI SCHOOL FOR GIRLS, in addition to its first Omani series SCATTERED BARRIERS. It also launched several training programs for women writers and Saudi filmmakers.
