After many successful TV productions, Genomedia aims to be an ambitious new player in the streaming wars with a new SVOD platform, tentatively called Meta, that will start in the first quarter of 2022 with a budget of $500 million to create original content. Earlier this year, Genomedia Studios took over the management and ownership of twofour54’s industry-leading post-production facility in Abu Dhabi that is relocating to the purpose-built Yas Creative Hub when it opens at the end of 2021.
