One of the very few Arab producers to have stuck primarily to documentaries so far, Talal has finally branched out into fiction features with OUR RIVER.. OUR SKY, helmed by London-based Iraqi director Maysoon Pachachi that will premiere this year. Set In a residential neighbourhood in Baghdad, it follows ordinary people try to live their lives amidst the threat of unpredictable violence. It was made with the involvement of France, Germany, Kuwait, Qatar and the UK.
