The co-founder of Gulf Film before selling it, Selim devotes himself to running cinemas in Lebanon, Kuwait and Jordan where two of its venues, the 2010-seat Grand Cinemas Citymall and the 1750-seat Taj Cinemas are two of the largest exhibition complexes in the Levant. As a distributor, Selim releases US independent and international movies through relationships with the likes of Amazon Studios. Recent international acquisitions include the David Bautista action sci-fi UNIVERSE’S MOST WANTED, the thriller PANOPTICON and the animation FIREHEART.
