A new space for Arab films in Argentina, the Latin-Arab Co-Production Forum was created in collaboration with the Arab Cinema Center and takes place within the Mar del Plata International Film Festival. In March 2020, the Latin-Arab Co-Production Forum has lost its salient Executive Director, Edgardo Bechara El Khoury, whose efforts shall remain indelible to build bridges to bring cultures together through the power of films.
