The second feature by these Palestinian writing-directing brothers, GAZA MON AMOUR was one of the biggest highlights of Arab cinema in 2020. Starring Hiam Abbas alongside Salim Daw (TEL AVIV ON FIRE), the Gaza-set film brought together partners from Palestine, France, Germany, Portugal, Qatar and the U.S. It premiered in Venice’s Horizons Competition before playing at both the Toronto and Cairo film festivals. The film was also nominated for Best Film at The Critics Awards for Arab Films by Arab Cinema Center.
