Spearheaded by its Tunisian CEO, his Paris-based sales and production made its first mark on the marketplace with a Tunisian film, winning the Best First Feature and Best Actor prizes at the Berlinale with HEDI. The company then reunited with the director of that film, Mohamed Ben Attia, to bring WELDI to Cannes last year and then sell it to more than 30 countries around the world – and still counting.
