Rami is the writer of THE REPORTS ON SARAH AND SALEEM, directed by Muayad Alayan, for which he won a Jury Award at IFFR for the quality of his script. Dedicated screenwriters like him are rare in the Arab world where most of the films are written by or co-written with their directors. Although he directed one short film in 2013, his focus remains squarely on writing.
