Syria-born Sawsan started this collaborative space in Amman where artists, storytellers and thinkers come together to work on projects that are considered a priority in the Arab world. In addition to organizing the Karama Human Rights Festival since June 2009, the Factory also initiated the Arab Network for Human Rights Film Festivals (ANHAR).
